The Rhode Island Land Trust Council is the statewide coalition of land trusts. The Council promotes land conservation in Rhode Island by supporting the missions and operations of land trusts, fostering collaboration and advocating for sound land conservation policy. Rhode Island has over 45 land trusts like Warren Land Conservation Trust. These community-based organizations are protecting the special places in Rhode Island so that our scenic landscapes, natural areas, farms, forests, historic sites, watersheds and drinking water supplies will still be here for our grandchildren and their grandchildren to enjoy.
